Throughout the whole process, I have learned a lot of valuable lesson that cannot be obtain elsewhere. First of all, the most important thing that I have learned from this period is how to communicate with others especially with my group members. Before this, I am a bit shy to voice out my opinion but now I found out that it is important to communicate and voice out our own opinion during the meetings. Besides that, I also think that it is very important for all the group members to communicate in international language that is English. This is because in our group we have international student which is from Myanmar and also our group member’s are multi-racial. So, to make communication easy and no misunderstanding appear, all of us communicate with each other by using the universal language English. Lastly, I have learned that team work is very important. The entire group members should work as a team and attend the entire group meeting that was held. All of the group members should help each other if some of the member encounters any problem because it shows teamwork spirit among us group members. In conclusion, my learning outcome is to be a better communicator and gain lots of essential useful professional career skills that will help me in the future.

In the past three weeks, I have learned and improved a number of things while doing my EFPC project. First of all, I have learned to be punctual. Punctuality is the most important thing in meetings as a respect to the other members. Moreover, I was able to complete the tasks given before the deadline as I am aware that if the task is not completed on the date due, the progress of the report will be delayed. I have improved my critical thinking skill as well. We have to be effective critical thinkers so that we can come up with rational and creative ideas in a short time. Last but not least, my communication skills have been further enhanced. In team discussions, we need good communication skills to speak up our own opinions in a polite way that what we have said does not offend other members.

When I was young, I remember how I was told to absorb knowledge like a sponge, and that is what I have been applying in this course. Throughout these past few weeks, we were put into groups and given tasks that needs the efforts and cooperation of team work. Working in a group has taught me how to share opinions, tolerate with others, and surprisingly the more I spend time with them, the more attached we are and understanding we get towards each other despite the diverse background and culture we each come from. I realize work do get done faster with the cooperation with my team members. Besides that, more ideas are able to be shared amongst us team members. Weekly meetings taught me how to communicate properly with my team members in a more respective and professional manner. Moreover, I used to have a habit of procrastinating, but throughout the given assignment timeline and the aspiration inspired from my team members, I have learned how to organize my time better as well as to complete my work within the deadline given. The skills that I have gained throughout this course are life learning skills that would be applicable in my further studies as well as future career. Though however, we as a team should improve our research skills to gain more information needed for a better progress in our team assignment.

Within these few weeks, I have learnt a lot. First and foremost, I learnt to communicate effectively within our team. I am able to pass the messages across and to express my opinions clearly. Besides, I improved myself discipline throughout the weeks by attending each and every meeting punctually. Moreover, I learnt to think critically especially before any actions are taken and any decisions are made. When it comes to designing the vehicle, I am too, able to think creatively. Team work has been built among all the team members, and this made me realise that by working as a team in a project, we certainly can progress efficiently. There are no conflicts happened among our team members but whenever there are issues appeared, we resolved them as fast as possible. However, we should meet up more often to check upon each other’s assigned task so that we are aware of each other’s progression.

Throughout these few weeks, I had learned a lot of things. I learned about the importance of teamwork. Without teamwork in a company, it is impossible to accomplish anything successfully. Furthermore, to work as a team in a company, the most important thing is the team spirit. Besides that, I have learned how to communicate effectively with others. The biggest mistake that I did was not confident to voice out my thoughts and ideas in the beginning but now I can voice them out and communicate effectively with my team members. Although during the meeting we may have many different opinions or ideas and this causes conflict to happen, as long as we work in a team we manage to solve any matter together. Other than that, I have learned to be punctual to show some respect to the other members and to gain their trust on me. Lastly, I realized that giving everyone a role gave each team member a sense of responsibility for the role that they played in a team.

During the three weeks time, I have learned that unity is very important in a team, for the project to progress in a good pace. I have also come to realize that the group members should not procrastinate with the assigned tasks so that the progress of the project will not delay. I have also learned to understand the cultural differences with the group members in order to do project with them. In addition, every group member has to be punctual when they come to meetings, in order to respect other members.
